Overview
The Wenzhou Huagang LNG project is located in Operation Area C of the Zhuangyuan'ao Port Area, Wenzhou Port. Total project investment is RMB 10.6 billion. Phase I, with investment of RMB 2.8 billion, includes one 100,000-tonne-class jetty, two 160,000 m3 LNG storage tanks, and 20 LNG truck-loading skids, with annual throughput scale designed at 3 million tonnes and expected annual revenue of up to RMB 10 billion.
After full completion, annual throughput is expected to reach 10 million tonnes, with annual revenue exceeding RMB 30 billion. The project is expected to support natural gas industry development in Zhejiang and Wenzhou, strengthen emergency gas supply security in southern Zhejiang, and promote cleaner regional energy structure transition.
